Location

Salsomaggiore Terme is an Italian town of 20,051 inhabitants in the province of Parma. Famous for spa tourism, famous for its waters rich with minerals, already known to the ancient Romans and Celts, but whose curative properties were discovered only in 1839 by the doctor Lorenzo Berzieri.

The village, located between the hills of the Parma area, is linked to the nearby town of Fidenza thanks to a single-track railway.
